SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA | Public Sector
Salary: $10,000 – $13,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP transformation and implementation projects within the Singapore Public Sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects, with previous experience working with IBM and delivering projects for Singapore Government, Public Sector or Healthcare organisations. Experience with clients such as SingHealth or similar large public-sector institutions will be highly advantageous. This is a senior project management role requiring strong SAP delivery leadership, stakeholder management, governance and vendor management experience.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
Lead SAP project teams across functional, technical, business and infrastructure workstreams.
Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, SAP consultants and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project delivery across requirements, design, build, integration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings and senior management updates.
Manage system integrators, vendors and third-party partners.
Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams and ensure alignment across functional and technical teams.
Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
Manage project change requests, scope changes and delivery priorities.
About you
10+ years of SAP / IT project management experience.
Strong track record managing SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation or migration projects.
Experience managing complex, enterprise-level SAP programmes involving multiple workstreams.
Strong understanding of SAP ERP and S/4HANA environments.
Proven experience managing SAP functional and technical teams.
Strong experience in project governance, planning, risk management, budget management and stakeholder management.
Experience managing system integrators and external vendors.
Previous IBM experience is strongly preferred / required.
Proven experience delivering SAP projects within the Singapore Public Sector / Government sector.
Experience with SAP Activate, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
