SAP Project Manager

Salary: 175,000 - 195,000 package, plus bonus

We are seeking an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager to join a growing delivery team, leading the successful delivery of complex SAP transformation programs for a diverse client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior SAP Project Manager with strong experience delivering SAP ERP, Payroll and SuccessFactors implementations to take ownership of a portfolio of projects from planning through to deployment and transition into support.

The Role

As the SAP Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple medium to large-scale SAP projects and ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timeline, quality and customer outcomes.

You will work closely with customers, senior stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and delivery partners to drive project outcomes across complex transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of SAP implementation and transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Deliver medium to large-scale SAP ERP, SAP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide clear financial tracking and reporting, including budget, actuals, costs and margins.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, risk management and structured delivery frameworks.
• Prepare and present project status reporting, analytics and insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Identify risks and issues early and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, project resources and external vendor partners.
• Ensure a high standard and quality of project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Mentor and support other Project Managers and delivery team members.
• Contribute to the continued improvement of project delivery practices and methodologies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 8+ years' hands-on Project Management experience delivering SAP projects.
• At least 5 years' experience leading large-scale SAP implementations.
• Proven experience delivering SAP ERP, SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience managing multiple projects or a portfolio of SAP initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience, including budget and cost control.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and applying project governance and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and customers.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating multidisciplinary SAP delivery teams.
• Broad knowledge of the SAP landscape and SAP roadmap.
