About the role:
Our client, a leading global professional services organisation, is looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems Manager to help clients transform how they plan, deliver and manage projects through innovative SAP solutions.
In this role you will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO) solutions – improving project visibility, financial control and operational performance. You’ll manage workstreams from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment and go-live, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
You’ll also mentor and coach practitioners, foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation using SAP S/4HANA capabilities and industry-leading practices to deliver measurable business value.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Significant hands-on SAP experience, with deep expertise in SAP Project System (PS) and Controlling (CO)
- A track record of delivering end-to-end SAP implementations
- Experience leading teams and managing delivery on large-scale SAP transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, settlements and profitability analysis
- Solid SAP S/4HANA experience and cross-functional integration with Finance and other modules
- A collaborative approach to working with business stakeholders, technical teams and functional leads
- A relevant tertiary qualification; SAP certifications will be highly regarded
