SAP PS / FSM / PP Solution Lead (Project Accounting, Asset Maintenance & Workforce Scheduling)

Accenture is hiring an SAP Project Systems Lead (Associate Manager/Manager level) to design and deliver integrated SAP solutions across Project Systems (PS), Field Service Management (FSM), Production Planning (PP), asset and equipment management, maintenance, project administration, and workforce scheduling.

You’ll combine deep PS expertise, particularly in project accounting and logistics, with the communication skills to turn complex business needs into scalable solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead functional design, configuration, delivery, and testing of integrated SAP solutions, centered on PS and its links to accounting and logistics
• Own PS solution design across project structures, budgeting, cost planning, commitments, actuals, settlement, procurement, and materials
• Design integrated logistics, asset, equipment, and maintenance solutions aligned to project execution and financial processes
• Integrate SAP with enterprise workforce scheduling systems (sales orders, demand, attendance, leave, payroll, project data)
• Run fit-to-standard and requirements workshops, and produce functional specs, configuration, and test scenarios
• Provide delivery leadership: stakeholder management, governance, workstream planning, and risk and dependency management

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on SAP PS experience (design, configuration, implementation, or transformation)
• Strong PS accounting knowledge (costing, budgeting, commitments, actuals, settlement) and PS logistics knowledge (procurement, materials, maintenance, production)
• Functional experience in FSM and/or PP
• Strong industry and end-to-end process knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience across the full SAP delivery lifecycle

Nice to have

• S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience
• Integration knowledge across PS, FSM, PP, Finance/Controlling, asset management, logistics, HR, and workforce scheduling
• SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, fit-to-standard delivery, or SAP certifications
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP platforms
