SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant

We are looking for a SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to enable global Quality Management teams with strong SAP QM expertise and clear stakeholder communication. You will drive SAP QM delivery across SAP EWM and integrated modules, covering support, customization, and process improvements in SAP S/4HANA. Apply now to help improve quality processes at scale
Responsibilities
- Process global support requests from Quality Management business units
- Implement SAP processes that align with business requirements
- Coordinate support requests across business departments, including SAP S/4HANA topics
- Manage master data, inspection planning, and the end-to-end processing of inspection lots
- Handle complaint management and quality notifications (Quality Notification types F1–F3)
- Assess quality situations and determine quality status
- Administer calibration and inspection equipment, including maintenance plans and scheduling
- Deliver reporting outputs and perform data analysis
- Perform SAP QM customizing activities
- Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and ensure effective SAP QM integration
Requirements
- Proven track record with 5+ years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Quality Management and SAP EWM
- Solid background in SAP modules PP, MM and LOG with QM integration
- Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA support and implementation
- Strong capability in master data management (class characteristics, inspection characteristics, inspection methods)
- Demonstrated competence in inspection planning, inspection lot creation and processing
- Working knowledge of complaint management and quality notification handling
- Proficiency in calibration and inspection equipment management, including maintenance plans and task lists
- Ability to deliver reporting, data analysis and SAP QM customizing
- Proven track record in process optimization
- Very good command of English (B2+), Upper-Intermediate
