Context
The SAP Quality Project Manager supports business teams in defining and implementing the target vision of the information system within the Quality domain.
This is delivered through projects or functionalities tailored to the domain, while also ensuring the operational maintenance of all related solutions.
Responsibilities
The SAP Quality Project Manager will:
- Have strong functional and technical expertise in the SAP QM application environment
- Lead projects within the scope using Agile methodology, ensuring commitments in terms of timelines, budget, and quality of deliverables, while facilitating governance
- Manage application support in collaboration with consultants, including overseeing potential AMS (Application Management Services) and coordinating technical assistance in case of incidents
- Deliver user training and support adoption within the Quality domain
- Propose relevant and innovative solutions to evolve domain systems, improve productivity, and contribute to tool rationalization
- Ensure continuous technology and business monitoring (expertise development, networking, benchmarking, etc.)
- Ensure proper documentation management
- Contribute to the implementation of cross-functional projects
Profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5), Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role
- Experience implementing solutions on SaaS platforms
- Strong functional expertise in the broader Production domain
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA:

- Expertise in the SAP QM module
- Knowledge of MM-FI/CO-PP integration
- Proficiency in technical tools (BAPI, User Exits, LSMW, etc.)
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI
- Strong project management skills (Agile methodology required; SCRUM certification is a plus)
- Fluency in English is mandatory
