SAP Reporting Analytics Analyst

The SAP Reporting and Analytics Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the successful transition of the QSS SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA Public Cloud solution. You will work collaboratively within the Finance Modernisation Project team, analysing current and future state finance reporting requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities and contributing to the design, build testing and implementation of reporting and analytics solutions that meet business and statutory reporting needs.

Key skills and abilities:
- Demonstrate strong skills in finance reporting analysis with a focus on aligning finance reporting processes with the S/4HANA Public Cloud transition.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards, stories, models and reporting products.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting reporting and analytics solutions using Embedded Analytics an SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Establish clear plans for analysing and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE finance reports, ensuring alignment with Whole of Government finance standards.
- Prioritise effort to ensure activities are coordinated, timely, and consider both internal and external stakeholder needs. Respond in a positive and flexible manner to change and uncertainty, sharing information with others to assist
them in adapting.
- Clearly communicate to stakeholders the purpose and significance of the standardised nature of S/4HANA Public Cloud and focus on how the new system will impact and transform existing business processes, ensuring finance stakeholders understand the expected outcomes and benefits
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including finance and ICT teams.

While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable:
- Data Analyst - SAP Analytics Cloud certification, or equivalent experience
- Business Analysis certification (e.g. BABOK/CBAP, IIBA) or equivalent experience
- Project delivery experience using PRINCE2, Agile and/or other project management methodologies
