SAP S/4 Change Manager

Salary: £117,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep SAP S/4HANA proven experience
• Proven experience leading change management in SAP/ERP transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of change management plans aligned to project milestones
• Engage stakeholders across manufacturing, production, and business operations
• Drive process adoption, ensuring new workflows are clearly documented and communicated
• Develop and execute a communication strategy to keep the business informed throughout transition
• Coordinate training delivery and create end-user materials with HR/training teams
• Monitor progress and report on change effectiveness and readiness

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Change Manager to support the build, go-live, and business transition for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation project. In this remote role, we are looking for someone to help our organisation adjust to new systems and processes, with a strong focus on adoption across manufacturing and production environments. You will work closely with business leaders and project teams to ensure we are equipped and aligned for a successful transformation as we move to a new ERP landscape.
