SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC Specialist (Mining MNC)

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a Mining MNC to look for a SAP S/4HANA Security & GRC Specialist

• Responsible for ensuring secure access, role readiness, GRC controls, and audit evidence across S/4HANA, Fiori, and BTP throughout testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

  
  
  
  
• The role will start out as a contract

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC, particularly across S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Experience with SailPoint ARM, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), and emergency access.
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP security, identity providers, roles, destinations, and service credentials.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare in SAP transformation programmes.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and audit evidence capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with BASIS/BTP, Integration, QA, vendors, SMEs, and other technical teams.

• Own SAP, BTP, and integration access readiness throughout testing and cutover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and security issues affecting users, vendors, SMEs, and support teams.
• Review and remediate SAP roles, access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and emergency access.
• Work with BASIS/BTP and Integration teams on service users, certificates, destinations, and connectivity access.
• Ensure security controls and access are ready before SIT, cutover rehearsals, and go-live.
• Maintain security issue logs, risks, owners, resolutions, and escalation status.
• Prepare audit-ready security and access evidence for testing and leadership/quality gates.
• Support cutover security activities, access freeze, emergency support, validation, and hypercare handover.
