SAP S/4HANA Senior Learning Lead
We’re supporting a globally recognised organisation in the FMCG / beverage industry with a major Finance transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Lead to support the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba across international teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both SAP transformation and people change and wants to take ownership of the learning workstream within a large-scale ERP programme.
Your role in the transformation
You’ll be responsible for translating the impact of the SAP transformation into a clear, effective learning strategy—making sure end users understand not only how to use the new systems, but how their ways of working will change.
You’ll:
Own and manage the learning strategy and training plan for SAP S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay initiatives.
Conduct learning needs analysis based on process, system and user impacts.
Design and coordinate training curricula and learning journeys for different user groups.
Oversee the creation and quality of SAP training materials and learning assets.
Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and End-User Training (EUT) activities.
Work closely with SAP, Finance, Business Process, Change and Project teams.
Coordinate stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Track training readiness, progress and effectiveness throughout the rollout.
Help ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to successful SAP adoption and business-as-usual operations.
What we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between SAP transformation, learning and change management.
You’ll ideally bring:
5+ years of experience in Learning, Change Management or Organisational Change within complex transformation programmes.
Hands-on experience with learning needs analysis and curriculum development.
Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP and/or SAP Ariba.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, rollouts or digital transformations.
Strong understanding of user adoption, training delivery and change impacts.
Experience coordinating training quality assurance and multiple learning deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with international teams.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Nice to have
Experience with SAP Enable Now and/or WalkMe.
Previous experience supporting a global SAP S/4HANA rollout.
Experience working across multiple markets and multicultural environments.

Contract & location
B2B: Long-term contract
Rate: 180–195 PLN/hour
Location: Fully remote within Poland or hybrid from Poznań
