SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team developing the Protein Science Experiments application, a complex LIMS system that supports antibody discovery and screening campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering requirements from scientists, providing documentation, and supporting the scrum team. This position requires flexibility for evening meetings to align with the San Francisco time zone. • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar lead role within SAP S/4HANA
• Deep domain expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management
• Proven experience in heavily regulated environments, with knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GDPR
• Strong command of enterprise management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of modern delivery frameworks, including Agile and SAFe
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative leadership style
• Advanced level of English and residency in Poland
