Architect SAP SCM solutions for global rollouts, leading blueprinting, integration, and governance for Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse/Inventory processes.
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for our SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end SCM solution architecture, leading blueprinting workshops and ensuring regional compliance. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive, well-integrated solution, balancing global standardization with local business needs.
- Own end-to-end SCM solution architecture for Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse/Inventory Management processes.
- Lead blueprinting and fit-gap workshops with US and EU supply chain stakeholders, accommodating regional regulations and logistics requirements.
- Define integration architecture between SCM modules and adjacent processes (SD, FI/CO, QM, PM) and external systems.
- Drive global template strategy and localization approach for phased rollouts across North America and Europe.
- Review functional specifications and WRICEF objects for architectural fit, scalability, and performance.
- Chair architecture governance forums, resolve cross-module design conflicts, and maintain SCM design authority documentation.
- Lead solution design through the full project lifecycle on large, multi-country SAP programs.
- Guide and mentor SCM functional consultants, providing expertise for complex design and performance issues.
- Collaborate closely with OTC, RTR, and technical architects to ensure a cohesive end-to-end solution.
- 12+ years of SAP SCM experience (MM, PP, WM/EWM) with 3-4 full lifecycle implementations in a lead role.
- Proven experience delivering SCM solutions for US and EU operations, including familiarity with regional regulations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in procurement, production planning, and warehouse management.
- Experience with S/4HANA SCM (Manufacturing, Sourcing & Procurement, EWM) and S/4HANA conversions.
- Demonstrated experience integrating SCM with SD, FI/CO, QM/PM, and external logistics/EDI systems.
- Solid understanding of global template design, rollout methodology, and multi-country localization.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, or EWM is preferred.
- Experience with SAP IBP or APO, Ariba, transportation management (TM), or advanced planning tools is an asset.
- Prior experience in consulting or systems integration for large enterprise clients is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
