About the role
Lead SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement activities across end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
Key responsibilities
Configure and support Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Customer Master processes
Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications
Work closely with business and technical teams
Manage SAP SD integration with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM and other modules
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and production issues
Provide functional leadership and troubleshoot complex issues
Drive process improvements and SAP optimization initiatives
