SAP SD Consultant — Manufacturing

Salary: RM 14,500 – RM 15,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support SAP SD and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and fulfilment processes.

• Gather business requirements, analyse workflows, and prepare functional specifications.

• Troubleshoot SAP application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with L2/L3 support teams.

• Manage SAP and non-SAP system integrations and resolve interface-related issues.

• Support SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, testing, and go-live activities.

• Lead SIT/UAT, defect management, business validation, and release readiness.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to improve system performance.

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across supply chain and business applications.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP SD functional experience.

• Good understanding of end-to-end OTC and fulfilment processes.

• Experience in SAP application support, troubleshooting, and system integration.

• Manufacturing or supply chain experience is preferred.

• Exposure to SAP implementation/rollouts and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
