SAP SD Consultant
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month
About the role
Facilitate support for L2/L3 SAP SD & LE. Monitor issues and incidents on the application layer, coordinate with L1 from local teams, provide necessary support and guidance to users, and perform enhancements as needed.
About you
At least 5 years of experience in SAP SD, LE (preferably with MM background)
Experience or familiar with SAP AFS 6.0 SP8 / SAP ECC
Excellent communication skills
Ability to debug ABAP codes
Familiarity with transaction codes for SD and MM processes
Stable internet connection at home
SAP Retail background is a plus
Key responsibilities
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs
Debug ABAP codes, create design & tech specs, customize, configure and test SD programs
Analyze scenarios, identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Act as liaison with KU/client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
