SAP SD/MM Specialist (Location: Taipei)

Position Overview:
We're looking for an SAP SD/MM Specialist to help drive the next phase of our SAP S/4HANA rollout and keep our SAP landscape running smoothly afterward. We want someone who enjoys solving problems hands-on and is excited about automating the routine work that comes with running SAP.

Job Responsibilities:
This role spans project delivery and ongoing operations, working closely with PMs, consultants, and business users across two phases.

Phase 1. S/4HANA Rollout

• Support the next phase of our SAP S/4HANA rollout across the SD and MM modules.
• Configure and customize SD and MM to meet business requirements.
• Partner with PMs, consultants, and key users on blueprint, testing, and go-live.
• Support data migration, integration testing, and cutover activities.
• Document processes and help train end users.

Phase 2. Operations & Support

• Keep the SAP landscape stable and continuously improve how it runs.
• Handle daily operations, incident management, and error troubleshooting across SD and MM.
• Analyze root causes and work with developers and consultants on fixes.
• Identify and build automation for repetitive support and operational tasks.
• Maintain configuration and documentation, and drive support process improvements.
