As a SAP SD Senior Manager you will lead client-focused solution work in SAP sales and distribution, helping teams design and deliver business application consulting services that support operational efficiency, implementation, and user adoption within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring strategic direction to complex client situations, and guide teams through ambiguity with sound judgment, clear communication, and a focus on operational excellence.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will shape solution delivery across SAP Customer work by connecting client needs to practical application design, training, and support. You will also contribute to a collaborative setting that values coaching, diverse perspectives, and steady execution across multiple work streams while helping advance business outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP solution development for finance and customer process transformation initiatives
- Advising client stakeholders on enterprise SAP Core ERP design, deployment, and optimization approaches
- Guiding large project teams through complex implementation workstreams and issue resolution
- Translating business needs into SAP configurations that support financial operations and reporting
- Overseeing design and implementation activities across finance, customer, and supply chain process areas
- Validating solution outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback into delivery plans
- Applying systems thinking to identify process gaps, integration needs, and improvement opportunities
- Coaching team members through ambiguous delivery challenges and decision points
- Driving innovation in solution development, deployment planning, and digital tooling use
- Modeling professional and technical standards while advancing team performance and client results

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one SAP certification in customer-facing SAP or S/4HANA solutions
- Leading SAP Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data programs
- Advising client teams on SAP customer process design and deployment
