SAP SF Support Consultant - ONB and Recruiting

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).

This is a support-focused role, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain stable, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
• Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
• Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
• Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
• Manage support requests through to resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
• Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
• Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with configuration and system enhancements.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Australian Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
• Available to start at short notice.
