Role overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio consultant to support a large-scale transformation program for a leading government entity in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will play a key role in driving process discovery, design, and optimization initiatives using SAP Signavio, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong functional understanding, implementation experience, and the ability to independently lead process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead process discovery, mapping, and documentation using SAP Signavio Process Manager
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes
  • Drive process standardization and optimization aligned with business objectives
  • Support end-to-end Signavio implementation, including configuration and deployment
  • Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure process alignment
  • Ensure process governance frameworks are defined and maintained
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on process analytics and benchmarking
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP Signavio implementation, not just usage
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • SAP Signavio Process Manager
    • SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub
    • (Optional) Process Intelligence / Mining
  • Solid functional knowledge across one or more domains (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.)
  • Experience in business process re-engineering and transformation programs
  • Ability to independently lead workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience working with government or large enterprise clients
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Familiarity with process governance frameworks and operating models
