Stellenbeschreibung

• Design and continuously enhance our SAP landscape with a focus on Supply Chain processes in SAP SD and MM
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop scalable, end-to-end solution concepts
• Lead strategic SAP projects and transformation initiatives from day one
• Partner with business stakeholders to optimize and digitize core processes
• Define and implement integration concepts between SAP and satellite systems
• Evaluate and leverage innovative technologies such as AI-powered solutions, automation, APIs, Fiori applications, and machine learning services
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business units, IT teams, and external partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and proactively initiate innovative solutions
• Contribute to the future architecture of a modern, integrated digital core landscape

Profil

• Profound experience within the SAP ecosystem, ideally with a focus on SD, MM, or Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of business processes combined with hands-on SAP customizing expertise
• Experience designing SAP solutions and integrating SAP with external systems
• Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and take ownership of challenges
• Project leadership or workstream leadership experience is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent english language skills, german is a plus
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for digital innovation, automation, AI, and emerging technologies

• A highly competitive compensation package of up to €115,000 gross per year, tailored to your qualifications, track record, and level of experience.
