SAP Solutions Architect - Transformation/Migration
About the role
Bridge Associates APAC Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced SAP Solutions Architect - Transformation/Migration to join a dynamic high profile project. This is a full-time position based through a tier 1 consulting company. You will be delivering a core services as a SAP Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering enterprise-wide SAP solutions that drive digital transformation and system migration initiatives for our clients. This is a strategic position that combines technical expertise with business acumen, enabling you to shape the future of organisations through technology-led change.
What you'll be doing
Design and architect end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with client business requirements and strategic S/4HANA Projects (multi module SD. LE, BW, MM, WM, PP etc.)
Lead SAP transformation and migration initiatives, establishing best practices and implementation methodologies
Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and technical design documents that define system architecture and integration strategies
Conduct stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to ensure business needs are fully understood and translated into technical solutions
Oversee the configuration and customisation of SAP modules, ensuring solutions adhere to industry best practices and organisational standards
Collaborate with clients to assess existing systems, identify gaps, and develop migration roadmaps
Evaluate emerging SAP technologies (Integration Suite, Azure, Signavio) and provide recommendations for adoptionSupport post-implementation activities including optimisation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support planning
Stay current with SAP technologies, product updates, and emerging industry trends
What we're looking for
Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, solution design, and enterprise architecture
Proven expertise in SAP transformation and migration projects, with demonstrable success delivering large-scale initiatives
Deep technical knowledge of multiple SAP modules (such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, ) and their integration
Strong experience with SAP's latest technologies, including S/4HANA, cloud deployments, and analytics solutions
Excellent understanding of business process management and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations across organisational levels
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with systems integration, data migration strategies, and change management methodologies
Professional certification in SAP architecture or relevant qualifications (e.g., SAP Solution Architect certification)
Preferably experience in specific industry verticals such as FMCG / manufacturing
