- Prepare Functional specifications to satisfy business requirements for SAP related process and reports.
- Resolve incidents on a timely basis to ensure smooth procurement and material requirement processes, utilizing skills in troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and following up on SAP incidents.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure proper integration of business process.
- Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business process owners, technical and functional team members and SAP users.
- Work with BASIS team and Business process owner to define and resolve SAP authorization.
