SAP Specialists (Global Support)

We are looking for SAP Specialists who will provide support, optimize business processes, and deliver effective solutions that align with organizational objectives within the different module of SAP (MM, PM, SD). The primary goals include streamlining operations, enhancing system functionality, and ensuring seamless integration across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate sales and distribution business processes to identify areas for optimization
• Configure SAP MM/ PM/ SD module settings and parameters to streamline operations and increase efficiency
• Design and implement streamlined workflows and process enhancements to improve productivity
• Provide expert support to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations
• Investigate and resolve complex system errors and performance challenges within the SAP MM/ PM/ SD environment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements within the sales and distribution domain
• Propose and implement customizations within the SAP MM/ PM/ SD module to meet specific business needs and improve functionality
• Conduct thorough testing to validate system changes and ensure seamless integration with other modules and external systems
• Perform regular system audits to verify data accuracy, maintain system security
• Engage with cross-functional teams to address sales and distribution-related business challenges effectively
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to end-users on SAP system functionalities and best practices

Job Qualifications:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• With at least 5 years' experience as a SAP Specialist, SAP Consultant, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of specific SAP modules (e.g. MM, PM, SD, FI, CO, etc.)
• Proficient in SAP configuration and customization
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP functional specifications
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
