Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.

Experience working directly with customers.

Technical Skills

SAP HCM Payroll.

Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).

Payroll Control Record.

Payroll Posting and Payroll Results analysis.

Wage Type configuration.

Payroll retroactive accounting.

Payroll Cluster analysis.

Integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

Mandatory Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Strong experience with SAP HCM Payroll.

Solid knowledge of Mexican Payroll.

Production support experience.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation experience.

ABAP debugging knowledge.

Payroll experience in the United States and/or Canada.

Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.

Knowledge of Payroll Posting to Finance.

SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certifications are desirable.
