Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities
  • Experience working with HR stakeholders and end users
  • Understanding of SuccessFactors processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with external support partners or system integrators would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support across SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage incident resolution
  • Investigate root causes and implement long-term solutions
  • Support testing activities for system changes and enhancements
  • Work with third-party partners to resolve technical and functional issues
  • Assist with system improvements, configuration changes and process optimisation
  • Produce and maintain system documentation and knowledge articles
  • Support business users through effective stakeholder engagement

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join a well-established organisation on a 6 month fixed-term basis. This remote role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits, including a 20% employer pension contribution, 27 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, and the opportunity to contribute to an established HR technology landscape. We will work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners and project teams to support and enhance our SAP SuccessFactors environment and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
