Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join a major international implementation project.
The consultant will play a key role in the end-to-end deployment of SAP SuccessFactors ESM, working closely with both local and international teams. The project will involve the implementation of ESM from the ground up within a global organization, with Poland acting as the pilot deployment location.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements.
Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM).
Advise clients on system capabilities and best practices.
Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Collaborate with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration teams.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure successful delivery of agreed functional requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM).
Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
Strong understanding of system configuration and testing activities.
Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders.
Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system solutions.
Professional level of English.
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Knowledge of integrations between ESM and Employee Central.
Experience leading workstreams or acting as a Lead Functional Consultant.
Experience in greenfield implementations.
