Supply Finance Integration SME with a passion for growth and business

Duties and
Responsibilities:
The SAP Supply Finance Integration SME will facilitate
the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business
functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer
satisfaction. The consultant must have experience of progressive experience as
an SME in SAP Supply Finance Integration. Knowledge should also include financial management systems architecture
and solution design, data conversion, cutover, change management, system security,
and audit controls. Specific responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Determine
pre-configured industry best practice approaches using SAP S/4HANA for
application to the Navy’s ship maintenance material management and financial
management requirements
- Identify the gaps within the S/4HANA solution that will require
customization/enhancement to meet the Navy’s unique requirements
- Document opportunities to optimize SAP solution using SAP
user-experience tools
- Support development and execution of a best-practice, scenario driven
testing approach
- Support the progression of the development of a protype solution,
including an initial capability demonstration to the government, an initial
prototype with replicated interfaces, and a final prototype meeting all
requirements identified in the Statement of Work
- Support the development of a migration framework approach to extract,
transform, validate, enrich, and load legacy source data
- Support solution rollout and training
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in
a business-related field required
- 5-7+ years’ experience as an SME in SAP Supply Finance Integration
- At least 3 + full cycle implementations or integrations
- 3-5+ years’ experience with Federal and/or DoD policies and procedures
- 4+ years’ experience in accounting and finance
- Federal ERP Experience, Navy preferred
- Strong SAP Module Development skills and ability to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP
requirements and design
- Strong knowledge in controlling processes-Product costing , cost center
accounting, cost object controlling & Service contract, profitability
analysis business environment
- Must understand the integration points for SAP CO with Material
Management, Production Planning, GL, Revenue Recognition, Results Analysis, and
Settlements for service contract business
- CO rollout and on-going support in the areas of Inventory
Management/Reporting, Material Ledger, SAP S4/HANA, Manufacturing Costing, Profit
Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a
business-related field required
Required Certifications:
- SAP
certifications preferred
- Scrum,
Agile, SAFe certifications desired
Other:
- Must be US Citizen
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred,
or ability to obtain it
- Willingness to be on-site 3+
days each week
