SAP Support Specialist

Job Description

• Working with those responsible for sales, shipment and export processes in functional units to improve existing processes/information systems or design new processes/information systems,
• To plan and follow up the realization of the demands/projects of sales, shipment and export processes,
• To contribute to the evaluation of possible solution architecture alternatives together with the project team, to follow the progress of the projects in line with the plans,
• Establishing joint working groups for projects, evaluating suggestions and decisions, and bringing suggestions and solutions,
• To follow the errors and findings that may occur and to correct them by performing root cause analysis,
• Ensuring that new software to be integrated into the system is compatible with system needs and specifications,
• Managing the relations with the outsourcing companies, tracking and controlling the progress payments and invoices of the companies,
• To ensure the creation of documentation of the work done,
• Provide guidance, support and training to responsible and key users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP SD-MM Moduls as a key user or consultant,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• Advanced knowledge of English,
• Analytical, eager to learn and result-oriented,
