About the role
At Grupo NS, we are looking to hire an SAP Support technician for an on-site project in Martorell (Barcelona).
What you'll do
Continuous supervision of systems and alarms to detect possible incidents.
Identification and recording of service stoppages, errors, or degradations.
Initial analysis to determine if the probable origin of the incident corresponds to AUTOTARL, SAP, or SGA T20.
Creation and documentation of incidents with complete and traceable information.
Assignment of tickets to the corresponding resolution groups.
What we're looking for
Knowledge of SAP business processes.
Ability to identify problems, perform initial checks, and gather evidence.
Experience in the recording, monitoring, assignment, and escalation of incidents.
Ability to work following established operating procedures.
