A 6-month fixed-term (extendable) contract for an SAP Technical Business Analyst in Wellington: facilitating stakeholder workshops, analysing system integrations, dependencies and impacts across SAP environments (including SAP ECC), and producing technical specifications and documentation for a large enterprise technology programme. Hybrid working.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise technology programme. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will analyse complex system environments, facilitate workshops, assess system impacts and dependencies, and produce high-quality technical documentation to support the delivery of key technology initiatives.
This is an initial 6-month fixed-term opportunity, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and the successful candidate's skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from technical and business stakeholders
- Analyse system integrations, dependencies, and impacts across multiple platforms
- Document current and future state processes, data flows, and technical requirements
- Produce technical specifications and supporting project documentation
- Work collaboratively with technology teams to identify and define solution options
- Support the delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within large and complex organisations
- Strong experience working within SAP environments, including SAP ECC
- Experience performing technical impact analysis, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting technical and business requirements
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong documentation skills, including technical specifications and process documentation

- Risk, governance, or compliance-related initiatives
