SAP TM Consultant

We're Hiring : SAP TM (Transport Management) Consultant.

Location : Pune.

Experience : 10 - 12 Years.

Employment Type : Full-Time.

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management and Supply Chain processes.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in SAP TM implementations, business process design, cross-functional integrations, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP TM implementation and deployment projects end-to-end.

- Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP TM solutions.

- Configure and support SAP TM processes including :

1. Load Planning

2. Tendering

3. Shipment Tracking

4. Freight Audit & Settlement

5. Inbound & Outbound Logistics

- Work on transportation scenarios across :

1. Road

2. Rail

3. Ocean

4. Air

- Manage integration between SAP TM and :

1. SAP EWM

2. SAP SD

3. SAP MM

4. Third-Party Logistics Applications

- Conduct blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, cutover, training, and go-live activities.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams for enhancements and interfaces.

- Support business users, provide training, and guide stakeholders on SAP TM best practices.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 12 years of SAP experience with strong SAP TM expertise.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP TM implementation projects.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA TM.

- Deep understanding of Transportation Management and Supply Chain processes.

- Hands-on experience in SAP TM integration with EWM, SD, MM.

- Experience with Freight Planning, Freight Settlement, Carrier Collaboration, and Tendering.

- Exposure to GTS, 4PL integration, and related logistics solutions.

- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred :

- SAP TM Certification.

- Experience in global implementation programs.

- Exposure to leadership and team mentoring responsibilities.
