SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) – Application Support Engineer

Salary: ₱125,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) / OpenText VIM Application Support Engineer to join an Application Managed Services team supporting enterprise SAP solutions. The role will focus on providing functional and technical support for OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), including troubleshooting, analysis, solution design, and build/enhancement activities related to invoice management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical application support for OpenText/SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

• Analyze and troubleshoot VIM-related incidents, issues, and defects.

• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Support VIM invoice-processing and workflow-related processes.

• Participate in solution analysis, design, configuration, and build/enhancement activities.

• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve application issues.

• Support integrations and interfaces involving SAP VIM and related SAP processes.

• Assist with testing, defect resolution, and deployment of VIM-related changes.

• Provide ongoing production/application support and ensure timely resolution of issues.

About you

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText VIM / SAP VIM.

• Experience supporting VIM applications in an enterprise environment.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Knowledge of VIM workflow and invoice-processing processes.

• Experience with solution analysis, design, configuration, or build/enhancement activities.

• Ability to work effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders.
