Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Vistex solutions, including pricing, rebates, chargebacks, incentives, and claims management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Vistex applications, supporting implementations, and resolving production issues while ensuring seamless integration with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Vistex pricing, rebates, chargebacks, incentives, and claims.
• Configure and support SAP Vistex functionality based on business and client requirements.
• Implement and maintain rebate agreements, condition contracts, accruals, settlements, and claims processing.
• Support Vistex pricing management, incentive programs, customer and vendor rebates, and chargeback processes.
• Work on SAP Vistex integration with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and technical teams to deliver functional enhancements.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Support data migration, configuration changes, system upgrades, deployments, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, sales teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Provide ongoing production support and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Vistex implementation, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of Vistex modules and processes covering:
  
• Pricing and chargebacks
• Rebates and condition contracts
• Accruals and settlements
• Incentives and claims management
• Customer and vendor rebate programs
• Strong understanding of SAP SD pricing, condition techniques, sales orders, billing, and settlement processes.
• Experience integrating SAP Vistex with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting ABAP developments.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, defect management, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP Vistex implementation or rollout projects.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, consumer goods, or distribution business processes.
• Experience with SAP Vistex upgrades, migrations, and application maintenance services.
• SAP Vistex certification is an advantage.
