SAS Assistant Site Director, North Davidson County

Now Seeking Internal Candidates for a SAS Assistant Site Director, North Davidson County for the Davidson County School Age Services Office, North District

Position Type: Part-time

Pay Range starts at $17 per hour (or more depending on the childcare experience listed in the application or resume)

Shifts: Must be available Monday through Friday, Before & After School (6:30am to 8:30am & 2pm to 6pm)

We're looking for an enthusiastic SAS Assistant Site Director, North Davidson County to help lead our Before & After School Care program and make a lasting impact on children and families in our community.

In this role, you'll support the Site Director, help supervise staff, lead activities for school-age children, maintain program quality standards, and ensure a safe, positive experience for every participant.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with children in a group setting and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Certifications You'll Need (We’ll Help!):

Before start of 1st shift:

• New Hire Orientation training
• DHS Background Disclosure Form & Fingerprint appointment
• Abuse Registry Check
• DHS Physical health form
• Proof of education
• Completed references report
• Past Employment reference
• DHS TCCOTS “Before you Begin” and “Shaken Baby” training
• Pre-service training

Within 30 days of hire:

• CPR Pro/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric)
• **Must maintain annual training requirements**
