SATCOM Systems Engineer

About the role
At Grupo NS, we are looking to hire a SATCOM Systems Engineer for a project in the space sector, working in a hybrid modality in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).
What you'll do
Definition of technical requirements for antennas, RF systems, modems, synchronization, and networks.
Management of hardware/software (HW/SW) interfaces, ICD documentation, and systems integration.
Preparation and management of link budgets.
Integration of communications equipment and systems for ground stations.
Support in FAT testing, deployment, and station validation.
What we're looking for
At least 10 years of professional experience in Telecommunications.
Experience in ground stations, SATCOM terminals, or gateways.
Experience in RF, digital communications, and equipment integration.
Nice to have
Knowledge of ECSS standards.
Experience with DOORS, MBSE, Capella, and UML.
Knowledge of antennas, HPA, LNA, converters, modems, and EMC.
Requirements
