Satellit - Program Manager
Summary
Satellit, a multi-country mobility services operator, seeks a Program Manager at its Brussels HQ to drive complex cross-border programmes — M&A separations, integrations, and process/system alignment — with frequent travel to markets. Core tools include MS Project, Clarity, Planview, PRINCE2, and agile/hybrid delivery.
Who are you?
What will you do?
- Own and drive complex, cross-border programmes from initiation through to completion, including deals-related separations, integration activities and subsequent alignment of processes and systems.
- Design and enforce a clear programme framework and governance model covering planning, timelines, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines and escalation protocols.
- Orchestrate multiple workstreams and coordinate dispersed teams so local constraints and realities are reconciled with overall programme milestones.
- Establish and run governance bodies, preparing concise materials to enable senior leaders to make timely decisions.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles early and present feasible mitigation options rather than waiting for problems to surface.
- Engage actively with country teams, business sponsors and delivery groups to capture input and adapt the programme approach to on-the-ground needs.
- Monitor and present programme performance, including benefits realization, budget adherence, risk exposure and schedule progress, maintaining transparency for executive stakeholders.
- Promote and embed change-management practices to support adoption of new organisational structures, processes and ways of working across markets.
