Position: IAM Architect


Summary

A Security Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security architectures across multiple domains within our organization. Your expertise in identity, and access management (IAM), will be pivotal in safeguarding client systems and data assets.

The main responsibilities of a IAM Architect include:


Key Responsibilities:

· The ideal candidate should have management/ technical consulting related to the area of security architecture or have been a senior security presence within an organization. Design and implement security solutions for

· IAM

· Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) , SSO

· Password Management

· Design and develop IAM solutions tailored for Okta, Azure, and AWS environments, considering best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements.

· Deploy and integrate IAM solutions within Azure and AWS infrastructure,Okta, including user provisioning, authentication mechanisms, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), Password Management.

· Work closely with project teams to lead the security definition for tracks and ensure adequate integration and implementation strategies.

· Evaluate and select appropriate security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security posture.

· Develop architecture blueprints and documentation for cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

· Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential vulnerabilities.

· Lead incident response and forensic investigations in the event of security breaches.

· Experience with identity management tools and technologies.

· Must have demonstrable experience in implementation of security solutions, including production of supporting design, delivery, and process documentation.



Requirements


· Minimum of 8 years' experience in a security-based environment focused on design and delivery of high quality, robust and scalable security solutions.

· Deploy and integrate IAM solutions within Azure and AWS infrastructure, including user provisioning, authentication mechanisms, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), MFA, Okta and password Management.

· Creative approach to solving security problems with a focus on pragmatism to drive successful outcomes.

· Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentations, drive meetings.

· Develop long term valued relationships with the client.

· Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under pressure and adapt to differing environments and cultures.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to be a change champion and influence change across the organization.

· In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity.

· Certifications such as WS Certified Security - Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, or equivalent are a plus.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
