Saviynt Support Engineer

Job Title: Analytics ID & Access Management Location: Vienna, VA Type: Contract Compensation: Work Model: Hybrid - onsite and remote Responsibilities + Resolve incident tickets related to identity management and access. + Fulfill Service Catalog requests to manage user access and permissions. + Complete release and change tickets to ensure system updates are properly implemented. + Handle security vulnerability remediation tasks involving Saviynt configuration changes. + Reduce security risks, enhance compliance, and improve user experience through proper access management. + Support Identity Management and Governance services with 5-10 years of specialized experience. Requirements + 5-10 years of experience supporting Identity Management and Governance services. + Proficiency with Saviynt or similar identity access management tools. + Strong understanding of security vulnerability remediation and change management processes. + Experience in handling incident resolution, service requests, and release management. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for rotational on-call duties.
