POSITION INFORMATION
1) SBA LOAN CLOSER JOB DESCRIPTION (Hybrid: located in Texas):
Strong working knowledge of relevant banking, regulatory and end-to-end loan accounting. Strong time management skills. Ability to read and understand legal documentation such as purchase agreements, loan documents, corporate entity documents, title policies etc. Working knowledge of nCino and other CMA and SBA systems (SBA One & E-tran).

• Loan Closing: Handling of pre-closing and post-closing activities in accordance with SBA laws, rules and regulations
• Data Entry: SBA govt process systems and CMA process systems
• Order Documentation and review/ validate: SBA SOP and CMA docs
• Post Approval: SBA SOP and CMA related required forms and filings
• Compliance and Education: SBA SOP Origination and CMA compliance

Deliverables will be determined by Comerica and expectations set upon kick-off of the Project, understanding that the Deliverables and expectations may change during the duration of this Project.

2) SBA LOAN CLOSING MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION (Hybrid: located in Michigan or Texas)
Vendor’s Personnel, under the direct supervision of Comerica, will provide an SBA Manager with the following capabilities:

• SBA lending, standard operating procedures for the federal government, familiarity with some of the SBA systems and just the nuances that come with these government backed loans, and nCino - Salesforce, as well as the ability to drive change and manage through challenges. Knows and understands how to take an SBA loan from underwriting all the way down through loan closing documentation up to the booking points.

Deliverables will be determined by Comerica and expectations set upon kick-off of the Project, understanding that the Deliverables and expectations may change during the duration of this Project.

WORK LOCATION: Fort Worth - Sundance Square: Dallas, TX
Parking: Full Reimbursement, In downtown Dallas - Elm Street Garage is the preferred parking area
