SC Cleared DevOps Engineer (EKS AWS)

Requirements:

• Strong AWS experience, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM and VPC
• Kubernetes experience, including EKS
• Experience with Docker and Helm
• Terraform and Ansible experience
• GitLab CI/CD and Git experience
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with Kafka and relational/non-relational databases such as MongoDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Linux administration experience, ideally on RHEL and Ubuntu
• Experience supporting highly available production platforms and microservices architectures
• Understanding of PKI, secrets management and IAM security controls

Responsibilities:

• We manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
• We operate and improve Kubernetes EKS platforms
• We build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• We containerise and deploy applications with Docker and Helm
• We implement monitoring, alerting and logging using Prometheus and Grafana
• We support microservices-based environments and platform modernisation initiatives
• We drive automation, infrastructure as code and DevSecOps best practices
• We provide incident response, RCA and production support for critical services

We are looking for an SC Cleared DevOps Engineer to join one of our local clients in a remote role, working inside IR35 at £420 per day. This is a hands-on AWS DevOps position focused on building, automating and supporting highly available cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments. You will help deliver secure and scalable microservices-based applications across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and platform modernisation. SC clearance is required.
