Scaffolding Supervisor

• Supervise all scaffolding activities on high-rise construction projects. • Ensure scaffolding works are carried out safely and in compliance with approved drawings and method statements. • Conduct daily inspections and maintain scaffold registers and inspection records. • Coordinate with site engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors to support project progress. • Monitor scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling activities. • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures. • Manage scaffold teams, allocate resources, and maintain productivity on site. • Report site issues and implement corrective actions where required.

• Diploma, Technical Certificate (OSHA / CISRS), or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 4 years as a Scaffolding Supervisor on high-rise building projects preferably. • Strong knowledge of scaffold systems such as Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, and Ringlock. • Experience working with a main contractor on residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise developments. • Thorough understanding of scaffold inspections, risk assessments, and safety regulations. • Ability to read scaffold drawings and construction plans. • Valid Scaffolding Supervisor/Inspector certification preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
