Scaffolding Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding operations, erection, dismantling, inspection, and supervision on construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards.
• Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out safely and in compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and HSE personnel to meet project schedules.
• Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability, proper access, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure scaffolding materials and equipment are in good condition before use.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safe working practices among scaffolding teams.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials.
• Maintain scaffolding inspection records, permits, and relevant documentation.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions.

Skills

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of scaffolding systems, erection procedures, and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with scaffolding inspection procedures and relevant safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site activities effectively.
