Lexroom.ai in Milan is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to scale our Europe-wide AI platform. You’ll own the cloud foundation on GCP, drive IaC with Terraform, and build reliable, cost-efficient, serverless architectures.
You’ll collaborate with engineering, ensure security and GDPR alignment, and shape CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Jenkins. Fluency in Italian and English is required, and a hands-on, outcomes-driven mindset is essential.
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform with focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. Own infrastructure‑as‑code setup (Terraform) for reproducible environments. Manage and optimize serverless architectures and deployment workflows. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to ship features quickly and safely. Strengthen observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting. Harden security and compliance (GDPR and ISO 27001) by default. Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Partner with product and engineering to support new features with robust infrastructure. 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles. Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solid command of infrastructure‑as‑code, especially Terraform. Production experience with serverless and event‑driven architectures. Knowledge of SQL/noSQL and vectorial databases. Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI, Jenkins). Fluency in Italian and English.
