Scale-Up Build Reliability Engineer (Hardware)

A leading aerial transport company in Trentino-Alto Adige is seeking a Build Reliability Engineer to enhance in-house manufacturing processes. The role involves developing training and test plans, overseeing quality control, and driving improvements within production. Ideal candidates will have hands-on manufacturing experience and a strong problem-solving mindset, and must hold a valid work permit for Italy. Develop training for production and inspection processes. Develop and execute test plans. Oversee and control quality escapes. Work closely to improve Design For Manufacturing. Conduct build quality reviews to identify issues. Experience with production scale-up in hardware/manufacturing sector. Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools, process automation, and optimization. Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, lead times, and logistics challenges. Knowledge of testing & quality assurance processes for electronic/electromechanical systems. Strong problem-solving mindset—able to quickly identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
