Position Opportunity
The Scanco Clerk plays a critical role in supporting warehouse and production operations by ensuring accurate inventory transactions, real time system updates, and enterprise wide Scanco support. This position serves as a key link between warehouse, production, accounting, and systems teams to maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, and operational efficiency across all sites.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Provide enterprise wide Scanco system support for warehouse and production users
• Perform accurate inventory data entry and system adjustments in Sage
• Import and monitor warehouse to warehouse internal transfer jobs from Scanco to Sage for all shifts
• Track raw materials sent to and returned from production lines to support usage, waste analysis, and reporting
• Act as the finished goods system coordinator, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments
• Manage shipping and receiving reports and ensure documentation accuracy
• Coordinate with Accounting to resolve handheld receiving and transaction errors
• Train and retrain forklift operators and supervisors on handheld scanner usage
• Support warehouse layout design, including zones, aisles, and bin location mapping
• Assist with Scanco related continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as inventory team lead in the absence of the Inventory Supervisor as needed
• Create and support training materials for Sage and Scanco modules, including bilingual content
