Scanning Officer ($1850 , 6mths) - ENTRY LEVEL

• Location: Yung Ho Road (nearest mrt - lakeside, boon lay)
• Duration: 6mths - long term
• Salary: $1850 per month
• Working hours: 830am to 6pm (Mon - Thu), 830am to 530pm (Fri)
• Annual leave: 18days per year
• Birthday bonus: $25

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan and digitize physical documents accurately.
• Index and upload records into the document management system.
• Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
• Archive and maintain physical and electronic records.
• Conduct quality checks on scanned documents and data.
• Retrieve and process documents as requested.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of documents.
• Prior experience in data entry, scanning, or records management is an advantage.
