Job Responsibilities

• 负责服务销售业务（含备件、服务、小项目、服务协议），以小改造项目（设备+安装）为重点，对小项目的年度销售额和利润指标负责；
• 独立完成改造方案和报价、商务谈判、合同签署、合同执行和项目回款；
• 与区域销售、KA销售 和BU业务部门保持密切协同，及时获取并跟进业务线索。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，谷物加工、粮食机械或其它机电类专业;
• 三年以上谷物加工行业销售、设计或生产经验，有项目销售经验者优先;
• 能够使用CAD绘制工艺流程、设备布置图；
• 熟练使用WORD\EXCEL\PPT等基本的电脑软件、熟练地使用电子邮件；
• 良好的英文读写能力;
• 能主动发现客户的潜在需求，并推动业务机会落地；
• 能够从客户需求确认、方案沟通、报价准备、商务谈判、合同签署到回款跟进，独立推动销售流程闭环；
• 能够与相关部门保持沟通，协调资源，推动项目顺利执行;
• 目标驱动，积极主动，抗压能力好，适应经常性出差。
