Scenting Technician
Summary
Installs, maintains, and repairs scenting devices while handling deliveries and on-site client support in Singapore.
We are looking for a dedicated Scenting Technician to support equipment servicing and product delivery. You will be responsible for installation, maintain and repair our scenting devices, as well as manage delivery orders and provide reliable service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Equipment Servicing
- Monthly servicing, perform checks and maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- Follow all safety guidelines when handling tools and equipment
- Provide basic technical support to clients on-site or over the phone
Deliveries & Client Support
- Deliver scenting products, refills, and equipment to clients
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery according to the schedule
- Assist with setup or installation during delivery when required
- Communicate politely and professionally with clients
Requirements
- Class 3/3A driving license (Singapore) - Required (Company Van/Lorry provided)
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding preferred
- Able to perform hands-on work and simple troubleshooting
- Able to manage physical tasks such as carrying equipment or products
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude (English & Mandarin speaking)
