Summary
Maintains and operates school AV systems, trains staff/students, and supports live broadcasts and events using audio/video equipment.
Working Hour
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Key Roles
Train student PA crew for assemblies, chapel, and school events.
Maintain PA systems; troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
Manage AV equipment for school events and setup requests.
Maintain inventory and loan records of audiovisual and presentation equipment.
Advise HOD (ICT) on AV needs and assist with procurement and condemnation.
Termly monitor and maintain AV equipment in classrooms and special rooms.
Perform half-yearly preventive maintenance for classroom projectors and visualisers.
Troubleshoot AV issues and explore new solutions.
Support live broadcasting (e.g., Founder’s Day) via YouTube Live, Facebook Live.
Mentor students in running live events.
Support video conferencing for staff training and lessons.
Train teachers and students in AV and broadcasting.
Support listening comprehension exams and IT troubleshooting.
Assist with printing, laminating, CD duplication, and video recording.
Perform basic repairs (e.g., soldering) on devices.
Provide basic video editing support.
Requirements
Relevant certification in audio, video, or media production.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
