Working Hour

  • Mondays to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm

Key Roles

  • Provide AV and media support for school events, including video creation and editing.

  • Train staff and students on classroom AV/IT setup (Apple TV, class tech reps, Media Club).

  • Support National Exam AV/IT setup.

  • Assist ICT Manager in troubleshooting PLD device issues and DMA matters.

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and usability checks on AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms.

  • Liaise with vendors on servicing, installation, repairs, and procurement.

  • Troubleshoot classroom equipment issues (projectors, visualisers, Apple TV).

  • Manage loan of AV equipment and maintain loan records, maintenance reports, and inventory.

  • Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of AV/IT equipment.

  • Assist in receiving and checking equipment deliveries.

  • Carry out other AV/media duties as assigned by school leaders.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a school environment.
